1. If an individual has opted-in to receiving marketing communication from Parent Survival Club:
We will securely store your name, email address and any information relating to your previous interactions with Parent Survival Club on our database until the time that you choose to opt-out of receiving these communications.
2. Customers who receive Private Health Visitor services:
UK law requires that any personal medical records made by private practice be retained for a minimum of twelve years. Therefore, any customer information we use to provide Private Health Visiting appointments will be securely stored for 12 years after your last consultation.
3. Customers who do not have medical records held by Parent Survival Club and have opted-out of marketing communication:
We will securely store your information on our database for two years after your customer journey has ended. This is in case of future complaints so we can prove your relationship with Parent Survival Club existed, demonstrate the services we provided, and evidence the date our relationship ended.
